Life’s about living my friends, so lets eat things that help us live to the fullest! A lot of my case study patients complain about energy crashes in the afternoon. If we just eat things full of PRANA (energy), then our bodies will emanate that, providing us with strength to carry us until dark.
I adapted this recipe from Oh She Glows. She is one of my inspirations. Whenever I am using a recipe to cook, I change it up by adding my own WILD Ayurvedic flair… hence the sesame seeds, turmeric, ginger, and sprouts. It’s FUN, and you can do it too! One of my favorite books is, The Yoga of Herbs. It’s got all the juicy info of almost every herb used in Ayurveda, medicinal uses, properties, growing environment, who should use it, and what for. I strongly recommend this book if you want to delve further into healing yourself through food.
