This kitchari is the ONE to cleanse with. I have 2 other kitchari recipes that you can eat on any day…but this one, is the most basic and effective for balancing your doshas. I’m sure a lot of you want to come back into balance after your Halloween Weekend! I know I do;)

I’m about to go out-of-town for Blogherfood15 in Chi-town! Midwest here I come. While traveling, I always pack a ginger root, triphala, and tongue scraper. I’ll be doing some Baron Baptiste Power Yoga in my hotel room to keep my kapha down. As we approach the kapha season, I get super earthy… I need to burn that up with some fiery yoga sweat and intense pranayama. Eyeyeyeye!
