I thought I would go with the healthiest option, bake em! I’m totally down with veggie chips. It’s best to make them yourself though! Veggie chips at the store contain dextrin, and canola oil! These plantains were gracefully baked with coconut oil, no crazy ingredients.
Plantains are low in sugar and astringent, they are best eaten by Pittas and Kaphas. Bananas are better for Vatas. Good news for you Kaphas, there is an alternative!
I try not snack much, but who’s perfect? I love this happy, paleo, vedic, low glycemic, and tastalicious snack.
You should totally practice mindful dipping with this dish…it’s hard.

Avos are usually recommended for Pitta and Vatas because of their grounding, moisturizing, and nourishing properties. Massaging yourself in avocado oil is super healing as well.I’ll shut up now.
