I’m back. Holidayzzzz, Holy Hell. Not only did I go back to Kentucky for 8 days, but upon returning back to San Diego, I had to buy a new car and find a new place to live. Now that I’ve got most of that on lock down, I can get back to work.
Looking back on 2015, I’ve managed to start Wild Vedic Living, Teach Ayurvedic Workshops and Cooking Classes, Chef yoga retreats, and taught a lot of yoga. Not only did these beautiful things happen, I’ve still kept a healthful routine, made lots of new friends, and learned how to garden. What a beautiful life this is. 🙂 What are your goals for the new year?
They say that people don’t actually start their new years resolutions until the 3rd week of January. This explains why I signed up for a 30 Bikram challenge to get my kapha burning!
These spring rolls though. Any of you who are fine turning your diet for the new year, This is definitely a great clean eating recipe. It’s fun too, you can get super creative with it. I wanted to choose rainbow-esqe foods. You should totally make a lot of these too…they will keep for a few days.
