Big fat blackberries, ginger, sticky caramel, and dark chocolate. These brownies are killer. They are so amazing that before I knew it, I had already eaten an entire row. I poured coconut milk on top and enjoyed as if I was sitting on a heavenly dessert cloud… just me and the brownies. Oh my Gerd!
Chocolate isn’t very ayurvedic. I know. I’m sorry. But the cool thing about Ayurveda is that a little bit in moderation is good. When you eat, enjoy it! Don’t think about how it’s going straight to your thighs. Continue the next day on a healthy regimen. Life is good, and so is food. Don’t be so hard on yourself! Plus, this recipe is paleo, gluten free, vegan, processed sugar free, etc….haha.
I adapted this recipe from Food Mouth. They come up with some damn good recipes. I added the ginger to the recipe because I figured that it would balance the kapha inducing effect. 🙂
Yummmoooooooooo. Omg, so sticky and goooey. I was so excited about these that I could have waited a little longer before I cut them out of the pan…
