Ayurvedic Cleanse Informational Night

I am hosting a free evening at my home in Encinitas about Ayurvedic Cleansing assisted with mushroom protocols on Monday Jan 25th from 4-6 pm.

I will be facilitating a 28-Day Group Ayurvedic Cleanse starting Feb 1st. It is a 5 week program with 5 zoom calls on Mondays to support you during your process.

I’ll be making my famous grain-free cauliflower rice kitchari to enjoy, explain the cleanse, and answer any questions you may have about this journey.

I hope you can come and spend an evening together to learn about this magical experience. I’ve guided people through this program around 10 times and it is absolutely phenomenal what can awaken within.
