Ashwagandha Adaptogenic Latte

If you're getting sick of your morning coffee or tea then this drink is an easy and yummy alternative! Ashwagandha and mushrooms are what we call; adaptogens. When you combine the two together in some homemade plant milk it can be a yummy delight:)

Adaptogens- Super herbs and super mushrooms that help expand your body’s capacity to handle emotional, physical, and mental stress.

Ashwagandha- Lowers cortisol levels in chronically stressed individuals.

Mushrooms- Deliver a powerful dose of antioxidants and essential amino acids and low molecular weight organic essential & trace minerals



  • 1 cup of plant-milk, I like (gluten-free) hemp milk, almond milk or cashew milk

  • 1 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of cardamom powder

  • 1 teaspoon of honey

  • 1 tsp Mushroom Mix (Chaga, reishi, lion’s mane, turkey tail, maitake, shiitake, and oyster)


  1. Put everything in blender.

  2. Heat over stove, don’t boil! You don’t want to burn the spices. Garnish with cardamom or cinnamon.

  3. Drink about an hour before going to bed.
